Have you ever heard about UI term? You have. And do you know anything about such two letters as UX? I think you do. UI and UX are like Yin and Yang but only in digital world. Let's find out what it is!

User Interfaces (UI) - the junction between a user and a computer program. An interface is a set of commands or menus through which a user communicates with a program. A command-driven interface is one in which you enter commands. A menu-driven interface is one in which you select command choices from various menus displayed on the screen.

User experience (UX) - encompasses all aspects of the end-user's interaction with the company, its services, and its products.

Simply put, the UI is a part of the design, which is responsible for the external part of the app, and the UX is a set of rules, which allows interface to be understood for average users. If you open mobile app, and you immediately understand where everything is, you should thank designers for a good app UX. And if it is also has beautiful interface, it means UI was designed good as well.

Just imagine that about 58% of app and website interruptions (closings) stand for a bad UI/UX. For comparison, because of the slow page opening, only 20% of interruptions happen.

But UI/UX have a lot of rules, things, details ect. But how can you check design quality? It is not a simple questions but Roll’n’Code can help you!
